Terms & Conditions

• Premium Pitch Areas | Approval to purchase will depend on wether premium pitch area is still available for sale.

• Premium pitch area sales are processed manually and are confirmed once the applicant has made a full or part payment on the pitch area. At this stage the pitch area is marked as sold on the online interactive map of the pitch.

• Fulfilment | All pitch areas are sold virtually, representing your donation to supporting the purchase and building of a new astro turf pitch for Thomastown UFC.

• Accreditation | Once the astro turf pitch is built you will receive accreditation for your donation to the project. Part of this accreditation will be a billboard with a graphic of all the pitch areas with names of those who have contributed. Thomastown UFC will contact each contributor on whether they want to have their name displayed or remain anonymous.

• Cooling Off Period | You can request to cancel your purchase of a pitch area up to 14 days from the day of purchase. Refunds will be made by direct transaction to your bank account, once you supply us with your banking details: BIC / IBAN.

Right of Withdrawal of Order

Under EU legislation you have a right to cancel your order up to 14 days after it being placed. Use the contact form below to specify the pitch areas that you sponsored but now want to withdraw from.
